Longline Cardigan with a Button Front and Side Pockets
Cut long enough to reach mid-thigh, so it works as the outer layer rather than something worn under a coat. The knit is a broad rib that runs the length of the body, there are four buttons set low on the front, and two patch pockets at the hip that are deep enough to actually use.
